In addition, Faye is a Previews Property Specialist, offering her clients special training and knowledge in the marketing of high-end properties. Faye Carlson is a full-time, professional REALTOR®, serving since 1978 specializing in the sales and marketing of homes in Fremont and surrounding East Bay cities. She comes to real estate from a successful career in banking, giving Faye a well-rounded and complete understanding of the real estate transaction.
Faye serves all sectors of the home buying and selling market-from first time buyers to multi-million dollar estates. Faye both marketed and sold the home of Rap Star MC Hammer in Fremont.
Personal Information
A Fremont resident since 1975, Faye knows the area from both personal and professional experience. She has raised her three children in the area and seen them all through local public schools. Because of her involvement in the education and activities of her children, Faye has an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. She knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.
Dedicated to her community as well as her profession, Faye is involved with a number of charitable organizations in the area. She is also an active member of the Centerville Presbyterian Church. When not serving her clients Faye enjoys spending time with her 4 grandchildren, family, gardening and travel.
